Jenny holds a Master of Arts Degree in Applied Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University and has been commissioned by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as a Notary Public, a Member of the Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia. Jenny also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies (Paralegal) from Capilano University. Prior to starting her own notary business, Jenny worked for 5 years as a paralegal and conveyancer at a renowned law firm in Richmond, where she gained substantial experience in the practical and legal principals of real estate transactions, family law, and client interactions.

As a trusted professional and with her extensive background in law, Jenny is focused on serving the community in non-contentious legal matters, specifically in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions, estate and personal planning, and other notarial services. Jenny is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
