Our Fees

Our fees are all-inclusive. Unless otherwise communicated to you, the price we quote already covers our legal fee, standard Land Title registration disbursements, and applicable taxes. There are no industry fee schedules for real estate transactions, but we conduct annual market research to make sure ours remain competitive. And with no hidden extras, you know exactly what to expect.
